Now Basic exercise is very important for the young body growing up. Any exercise is needed, but you don't have to do intense types of exercise. No just really simple ones that you can do everyday or sometimes in a week. That's walking, and as Tesco Living say it’s a simple motion that’s accessible to everyone at all ages. As well as a lot of positive sidenotes. Walking lowers disease risks and weight. It gives you energy as the oxygen travels through your body keeping you much more awake and alert.



Walking is important but locations for this activity might be a lil’ hard to find, especially if you wanna go somewhere with farther away. Common place i’m sure you guys love is alki beach! Where the trails seem to stretch farther and farther, where you can stop and get a meal. Other activities are available there like biking, volleyball, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Another area is a place if it’s too hot outside is Southcenter mall. A walk and rest area where there's too many stores to be bored. Then why not go outside the mall and travel to other stores nearby like Barnes & Noble or GameStop. Final one recommended location is the Green river trail, a 19.6 mile trail calm and beautiful experience. A long walk, but if some prefer a biking trip here is most common. Long rail but plenty of stops and rests. Pretty clean and soon far enough from the gassy cars. It’s such a long trail that you don't need to complete it, travel with a companion and it’ll be fine.
